Quit Smoking

Are you ready tp stop smoking? First of all, ask yourself on a scale of 1 to 10 how much you want to stop (1 = don't want to, 10 = YES, I really want to). If you score below 9 then you're probably not ready to take that step yet, be honest with yourself, the time has to be right for you...

It's so difficult being a smoker these days, nobody seems to want you to smoke near them; this can cause anxiety when you go out.

When can I have my next cigarette?
Where will I be able to smoke?
I wish this meeting would end so I can have a cigarette...

All the thoughts of a smoker, let alone health and fitness concerns... But the first thing is if you decide to give up smoking then do it for your own reasons and on your own terms...
