Privacy Policy

In order to ensure treatments are safe and appropriate, and to satisfy the requirements of my insurance provider, I collect your personal details, such as name, address, email address, date of birth, medical history and treatment history. This data only comes direct from you, via the forms necessary for treatment to take place.

 

Under UK data protection law, I must have a lawful basis for collecting and using your personal data. Your data is used to make treatment decisions and to ensure you receive a safe and appropriate service. It is collected on the basis of legitimate interest and is required in order for you to receive treatment.

 

Your data is stored securely, kept confidential, and is not shared with anyone else.

 

I am required by my insurer to retain this data for 7 years following your last session.
